- In Step 1, click on the box that matches your problem.
- Step 2 will open automatically. Fill in all the details.
- Click "Generate Complaint Letter".
- Your letter will appear below, ready to copy or download.
Send the above letter to your bank's official Grievance Redressal Cell email. As per RBI rules, the bank MUST resolve your issue (or give a valid reply) within 30 days.
If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 30 days, you can escalate the complaint to the RBI Ombudsman (Banking Lokpal).
